Ref 306 - Sr. Marketing Manager, Bay Area Home Builder

A minimum of 7 years of direct homebuilder experience. Must reside in and know the bay area builder market. Must have sound marketing communications experience dealing with the local media, strategic/tactical marketing plans and driving traffic to the communities. They want Bachelors in either Marketing or Communications. Pay between 90K to 110K base.

Ref 305 - Virtual Estimator, Commercial

Conceptual estimating for design-build projects and HARD BID Estimating. Prepare estimates for projects ranging in size from $1M to $75M. Typical projects include water and waste water treatment plants, medical and government facilities. THe ideal candidate will have a seat of RS Means online version Cost Works and On-Screen Takeoff capabilities.  The company provides the necessary Excel takeoff templates to generate the bid packages. This is a time sensitive role as a quick 1 to 2 ay turn around per project is necessary.  These bids are preliminary budget numbers for existing clients and accuracy is critical. Employee will be provided PDF drawings and Specifications. These are complete packages with all divisions accounted for. Candidate MUST HAVE "RS Means" experience.
 
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
  • Five plus years of commercial construction estimating experience
  • Proficient in basic computer programs (MS Office, Excel, Outlook)
  • Competent experience with RS Means
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Construction or Engineering related BS Degree
  • Salary is DOE

that specializes in developing solutions for clients with a focus on energy conservation/renewable energy, construction management,  and cost engineering best practices.  They work with small businesses, large corporations , government and non-profit organzations, including secondary and higher education, and various construction-based entities.

Ref # 296 - Senior Estimator, Commercial Builder/Developer, San Diego.

Candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in commercial projects in the public sector such as schools, military housing, governmental, and bio medical. Experience with projects in San diego county a big plus. Compensation based on level of experience.

Ref # 297 - Marketing Coordinator, Urban Infill Developer, Los Angeles.

Candidate must have at least 2 years of builder experience in a marketing capacity or ad agency experience (an ad agency with builder clients). Urban experience is preferable but not mandatory. Compensation is 45K to 50K. (Position on Hold)

Responsibilities include all aspects of obtaining entitlements for new communities including all general plan changes, zoning, tentative and final maps. Also responsible for obtaining all required permits from local jurisdictions. Coordinating with all outside consultants including architects, engineers, landscape, soils engineering, toxic analysis and EIR consultants.
